Canadian based artist/yoga teacher has been actively involved in the art and design worlds initially a classical dancer, visual artist and designer.Currently practices as a contemporary artist and Bikram Yoga instructor.My media related art work has been exhibited extensively. Expanding my body of work to includes the science of yoga and meditation. Recently exhibited at New York's world leading art fair, The Armory Show. 
Im excited about sharing my lifelong passions and the opportunity to make a difference in the world.
Currently teaching/practicing in Bangkok, Thailand.
